The Business of Multiscreen Television
The Belarusian national broadcaster has extended its coverage to North America.
According to a local report, the Belarus-TV international channel is now being distributed by France Telecom-backed GlobeCast, thereby adding a potential 10 million viewers in the US and Canada alone.
The National State TV and Radio Company operates two national channels (TV-First Channel and Channel Lad) and NTV-Belarus, offering the best of Russia’s NTV, in addition to Belarus-TV.
