Data produced by TNS OBOP shows that TVN24 continues to be by far the most popular thematic channel in Poland. In November it commanded an audience share of 3.5% among viewers aged 4+, or almost double the 1.85% it claimed 12 months earlier. The children’s channel Mini Mini was in second place with 0.95% (0.78%), followed by Disney Channel (0.72%, 0.77%), Discovery (0.6%, 0.61%) and Cartoon Network (0.55%, 0.45%). TVN24 was also the leading station in the 16-49 age group last month, claiming 2.12% of viewers overall and 2.92% of those who live in urban areas. No other thematic channel enjoyed the same growth in viewing figures as TVN24 in the 12 months to November 2007.
