The Telecom Italia Group has posted revenues of €23,207 million for the first nine months of this year, or 0.4% more than for the same period last year. However, its revenues in Q3 were 0.4% lower at €7,737 million. Its broadband subscriber total in the Italian market amounted to 7.4 million as of the end of Q3, of who 6.2 million were retail customers. The number of VoIP customers was meanwhile 1,099,000, while the take-up of its IPTV service also rose. The group’s European Broadband business unit, which has a presence in France, Germany and The Netherlands, meanwhile had 3.3 million customers as of the end of this Septembr. The majority received double or triple play services.
