According to data produced by Mediaresearch, 12.8% of Czech TV homes could receive DTT services at the end of Q2 this year, as opposed to around 10% three months earlier. The Czech Republic began its transition to digital broadcasting in earnest last month, with analogue transmitters being switched off in the Domazlice region. Preparations are under way for the process to continue in other parts of the country, though there is still a debate about the ASO date, currently scheduled for 2010.
