Munich court orders ARTE to pay damages in carriage fee dispute

The Regional Court of Munich has ruled against ARTE Deutschland TV, finding the broadcaster guilty of anti-competitive discrimination and ordering it to pay damages to Rosenheim-based telecommunications company komro.
