MTV terminates Dutch TMF channels

MTV Networks will terminate the broadcasts of its last three remaining TMF channels in the Dutch market, TMF Pure, TMF NL and TMF Dance, on December 31.

MTV pulls the plug on analogue TMF

MTV Networks will rearrange its channel line-up on the Dutch market from January 1, 2011. The all music channel TMF (The Music Factory) will end analogue cable distribution on December 31.

VIVA to replace TMF in the UK

MTV Networks is dropping its TMF brand in the UK, replacing it with a new entertainment network that will take the VIVA name. The October 26 launch will put the channel on Sky, Freeview and Virgin Media.
