TeliaSonera consolidates in Lithuania

The Lithuanian incumbent Teo is to acquire the mobile operator Omnitel from its current shareholder TeliaSonera for €220 million on a cash and debt-free basis.

Turkcell eyes TeliaSonera assets

TeliaSonera secures Norwegian asset
