Crackle, Sony Pictures Television’s multi-platform video entertainment network, has launched on the Sony Entertainment Network in the UK.
Sony will bring two Android-powered Google TV devices to Europe this September, Stéphane Labrousse, marketing director of Sony France, told Les Echos.
Sony is also touting connectivity on all of its Bravia TV sets at this year’s CES in Las Vegas, but Google TV will only be available on a mediaplayer and Blu-ray disc player.

Sony Network Entertainment International said on Sunday (May 15) that it would begin a phased restoration by region of PlayStationNetwork and Qriocity Services. The restoration will be on a country by country basis, beginning in the Americas, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Middle East.
Sony is now emailing its 77 million worldwide users of the PlayStation Network with a warning that all their user data have been compromised by the hacker attack between April 17 – 19. This might include the user’s credit card information.
