Rostelecom is likely to abolish National Telecommunications (NTK), whose interests include Russia’s leading cable operator, when it takes over the company.

The board of Rostelecom is today (February 27) expected to discuss the acquisition of the 28.2% of National Telecommunications (NTK) it does not already own.

Rostelecom is set to become the sole owner of National Telecommunications (NTK), one of the leading pay-TV companies in Russia.
