ProSiebenSat.1 backs improved MFE takeover offer

ProSiebenSat.1’s Executive and Supervisory Boards have formally endorsed an improved takeover offer from MFE-MediaForEurope, describing the bid as “adequate” and recommending shareholders accept the terms.
