AustriaSat licences new HD Austria receivers

The Austrian DTH platform AustriaSat has started to license the first satellite receivers for the new HD Austria bouquet that will launch later this year. Products from Loewe, Wisi and Hirschmann are part of the first slate of certified receivers.

Philips, Sharp and Loewe create common connected TV platform

IFA 2010 – BERLIN. Three consumer electronics manufacturers – Philips, Sharp and Loewe – have signed a letter of intent to create a common, competitive internet platform for connected TVs and other internet-enabled electronic devices across Europe and Russia.

Loewe selects Opera for connected TVs
