German cable fee row continues

The Federal German Court of Justice, Bundesgerichtshof, has failed to declare a final verdict in the long-lasting dispute regarding the question whether cable operators are entitled to claim carriage fees from the public broadcasters.

Kabel Deutschland selects S3 Group

Germany’s largest cable operator Kabel Deutschland has selected S3 Group, the Irish service provider specialising in enhancing the performance of video platforms on connected devices, to automate the testing of multiscreen services across CPE platforms including Apple iOS and Google’s Android OS devices.

Silverline Movie Channel changes hands; goes international
