Kabel BW has signed a long-term distribution deal with the ProSiebenSat.1 Group, which includes carriage of the HD versions of ProSieben, Sat.1, Kabel eins and Sixx.
Kabel BW has given details of the pricing on its Sky Deutschland packages, being introduced following last month’s landmark deal with the satellite platform.

CVC Capital Partners is close to securing Kabel Baden-Württemberg, the German cable company put up for sale by its existing private equity owners, EQT.
