The leading Latvian cable operators Baltkom and Izzi have criticised proposed amendments to the country’s Electronic Media Act.
Latvian cableco secures more funding
Contaq Latvian Participation has raised its investment in the Latvian cable operator Izzi by €2.625 million to €27 million.
