Germany evaluates TV broadcasting via 5G

Eutelsat, BR and IRT team up for Ultra HD

TDF and RAI launch first LTE-A+ Broadcast trials

BR and IRT plan DVB-T2/HEVC trial in Munich

Bayerischer Rundfunk and the IRT are planning a DVB-T2 test network in Munich running MPEG-H Part 2 HEVC (H.265) compression. It will enable manufacturers to test the required new reception devices.
