Hrvatski Telekom gains TV customers

Hrvatski Telekom expands into Montenegro

The Croatian incumbent Hrvatski Telekom has signed a share purchase agreement with Hungary’s Magyar Telekom to buy the latter’s 76.53% stake in the Montenegrin telco Crnogorski Telekom.
