CME sells up in Ukraine

Central European Media Enterprises (CME) is to sell its Ukrainian channels Studio 1+1 and Kino to Harley Trading Limited (HTL), a company owned by Igor Kolomoisky, for $300 million (€209.1 million) in cash.

CME considers Bulgarian options

CME is “ready to merge with any of our competitors in fair conditions or alternatively sell our business” in Bulgaria, according to Petr Dvorak, the general director of the leading Czech broadcaster TV Nova.
