Food Network HD to launch in EMEA

Record numbers for Dutch pay-TV

Liberty Global’s content division Chellomedia reports record numbers for its Dutch pay-TV operation. The number of subscribers to Film1 and Sport1 reached 430,000 as at February 1, 2010.

Chellomedia and CBS partner in channels

The US broadcaster CBS is to launch six TV channels in the UK in a 50/50 joint venture deal with Chellomedia. The newly branded CBS channels will replace six of Chello Zone’s existing portfolio of TV channels in the UK, namely Zone Romantica, Zone Thriller, Zone Horror and Zone Reality, Zone Horror+1 and Zone Reality+1.

DMC runs remote playout
