Cross MediaWorks, an independent media services firms in the US and owner of Cadent Network, a national unwired TV advertising network, has acquired BlackArrow, a company in advertising and data solutions for the pay-TV industry.
TV advertising and data solutions provider BlackArrow is to run its services on Virgin Media’s TV platform.
Motorola Mobility has made a strategic investment in BlackArrow, the advanced advertising solutions start-up, as part of the organisations Series C funding. Terms of the investment have not been disclosed.
NDS is leading a $20 million (€14.81m) investment round in advanced advertising solutions provider BlackArrow. It has also formed a strategic alliance with the San Jose-based venture to offer an integrated suite of advanced advertising solutions and services.
