Liberty Media has sold the Ascent Media content distribution business to the privately held Encompass Digital Media for $113 million (€84.78).
Discovery takes on London playout
Discovery Channel is to take on the day-to-day operation of the London playout centre built for it five years ago by Ascent Media Group.
