Petr Kacafirek was born on March 21, 1969. After graduating from the Prague School of Economics in 1991, his first job was in sales in the machinery business.
His career in cable began at Kabel Plus in 1994, and in 1998 he started to work at the consolidated TES company, which became part of Karneval in 2003.
Following the latter’s acquisition by UPC in 2006, Petr became UPC’s Video Product Manager, responsible for its analogue and digital cable TV proposition.
