The Czech incumbent O2 has introduced a number of improvements to the HBO On Demand (HBO OD) SVOD service.
These include the addition of more popular movies and serials of all genres, as well as a separate package named HBO OD Kids.
Commenting on HBO OD, which is becoming increasingly popular among subscribers, Anna Lenerová, head of content at O2 TV, said: “Customers do not have to worry that they will miss a favourite show because of the Christmas break, they can watch it at any time. Whether it’s a current Hollywood blockbuster, or increasingly popular series, not just an original HBO production. In addition, the content is updated every week, so users have something new to choose from”.
O2 TV is also enhancing its O2 Videotéka offer over the Christmas period and offering subscribers to the O2 TV M package the channels Filmbox premium and Nick Junior on a trial basis.
