The future for free-to-air in the UK – discoverability, investment and competition

June 21 @ 08:00 - 13:00

This timely seminar will consider the future for free-to-air content in the UK.

Including keynote addresses from Magnus Brooke, Director, Policy and Regulatory Affairs, ITV; Ali Law, Head, UK Policy, Sky; John McVay, Chief Executive, Pact and a senior speaker confirmed from Ofcom. Baroness Bonham-Carter of Yarnbury, Liberal Democrats Spokesperson for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport has kindly agreed to chair part of this seminar.

It takes place in the context of an increasingly complex and competitive media market, and as the BBC launch a public consultation into its new distribution policy on how its services are made available to the public and for third party distribution.
