German home shopping network HSE24 Group and the Middle East Broadcasting Center (MBC) have signed a joint venture agreement to establish a home shopping company in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
The German media authorities have granted Discovery Communications Deutschland a licence for the operation and nationwide distribution of a teleshopping service under the working title D-Shop for eight years.
