The French competition authority Conseil de la concurrence has rejected a complaint about the Rewind TV service from Orange. Last October, Aforst, the country’s association of alternative telecom operators, filed a protest against the exclusive arrangement between Orange and the French public broadcaster France Télévisions.

The French cable operator Numéricable and TF1 Vision have signed an agreement to bring content from the French broadcaster to the cabler’s VOD platform. It is the first time that content from the online video website will become available on cable.
