Sky confirms 3D TV launch

12:00 Update: BSkyB has announced plans to launch the UK’s first 3D television service. The move comes after the satcaster reported the highest increase in subscriber numbers for five years. The launch of push VOD is also slated for 2010.

BBC promises Canvas co-operation
