The History Channel HD is set to make its debut in the Asia Pacific area on September 1 with new distribution deals in place with StarHub Digital Cable in Singapore and now TV in Hong Kong.
Three more platforms for Romance TV
Romance TV, the channel for lovelorn Germans, is set to launch on three more platforms next month. DTH platform ArenaSat, IPTV provider Arcor (Vodafone) and Cablecom in Switzerland will start to carry the channel that specialises in soaps and series.

The BBC has announced plans to simulcast three more television channels over the internet. BBC Four, CBBC and CBeebies will be streamed from September 16. The channels join BBC Three and BBC News that are already simulcast.
