The Polish national commercial broadcaster TVN has acquired Mango Media from Maciej and Dorota Bukowski for a reported €13 million. Mango Media operates a satellite-delivered teleshopping channel named Telezakupy Mango 24 and the deal will still have to be approved by the country’s Broadcasting Council (KRRiT).
