Miroslaw is responsible for full TV business line P&L, development and implementation of new growth strategy for the Dolce DTH platform (0.5 million subs achieved within 16 months) and preparation of the launching of IPTV services in the most competitive pay-TV market in EU. He also manages operations, head-end, product management, product development and content teams.
Prior to joining Romtelecom, Miroslaw was responsible for launch strategy and product development of O2 TV in Czech Republic, being simultaneously a part of the Global IPTV Competence Centre within Telefonica Group.
Miroslaw has alsoi worked in strategy and product development departments at other leading telco companies in Central and Eastern Europe: Telekomunikacja Polska (FT Group), Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (T-Mobile) and Energis Polska. He was, in addition, a part of the management team establishing an MVNO operator and has worked for other telco consulting projects across the region.
