Jelena Stojanovic, B.Sc.E.E began her career at Telekom Srbija in 1997 as an O&M engineer for digital switching systems.
Between 2001 and 2005 she worked as a section manager for the function and maintenance of Serbia’s switched mobile telephony network. During this period she worked as a project manager on numerous projects including the implementation of a pre-paid IN system and installation of Comverse ISMSC, Ericsson UMTS systems.
Stojanovic’s knowledge of telecommunications systems was enlarged during a spell at Ericsson, Poland where she provided technical support to the mobile operator Polkomtel. She also worked at T-Mobile in the United States as an O&M manager.
Stojanovic became the department manager of marketing and sales, for Mobile Telephony of Serbia (MTS), a subsiduary of Telekom Srbija, in October 2006. She was appointed head of marketing and sales, Telekom Srbija, in September 2008.
