Brightcove has launched Prism, a redesigned platform interface intended to make its video technology easier and faster to use.
The company said the redesign is its most visible product experience update in years and follows a full audit of the Brightcove platform interface.
Prism was developed with input from more than 100 customers and is designed to simplify daily workflows, improve navigation and create a more consistent experience across platform modules.
Facundo Alvarez Morales, product lead at Brightcove, said Prism was developed to make the platform “faster, clearer and more intuitive” while preserving existing customer workflows.
Brightcove says it powers more than 38 million viewer experiences each day across more than 230 countries.
The launch follows a wider period of product development since Brightcove’s acquisition by Bending Spoons in February 2025. Recent enhancements include Live 4K streaming, SSAI with DRM, vertical video support, animated thumbnails and an AI Suite.
Further updates, including live captions, contextual advertising and additional platform improvements, are planned during 2026.
