German media company ProSiebenSat.1 has sold its North American creator business, operating under the Studio71 US brand, to Fixated, as part of its strategy to focus on its entertainment operations in the DACH region.
The deal covers the US entities Studio71 GP, LLC and Studio71, LP, including all subsidiaries. The agreement was signed last Friday and closed on Monday. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
Studio71 US, founded in 2011 as Collective Digital Studio and acquired by ProSiebenSat.1 in 2015, operates a large content creator network and podcast business. The company ranks among the top 10 podcast networks in the US and provides services spanning social media management, video syndication, production and monetisation. In the 2025 financial year, Studio71 US generated revenues of €246 million, according to ProSiebenSat.1.
Los Angeles-based Fixated specialises in the creator economy, offering talent management and content production services aimed at expanding creators’ reach and diversifying revenues through brand partnerships and multi-channel strategies. The transaction is backed by Eldridge Industries, Fixated’s strategic partner.
Studio71’s operationally independent business in German-speaking markets will remain within the group and is not part of the sale, according to ProSiebenSat.1.
Following the disposal, ProSiebenSat.1 has revised its outlook for the current financial year and now expects a moderate decline in reported group revenues, compared with €3.675 billion in 2025. On an organic basis, adjusted for currency effects and portfolio changes, the company continues to forecast slight revenue growth. It also reiterated expectations of a strong increase in EBITDA and stable net financial debt.
