Deltatre has named Marc Watson as Chief Executive Officer, with Andrea Marini stepping down after five years in the role to become Deputy Chairman.
Watson will be joined by Kashmir Sohi, who takes up the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Watson brings experience across telecoms, media and sports, having previously served as CEO of the TV Group at BT Group, where he led the launch of YouView and BT Sport, now rebranded as TNT Sports. He later co-founded Eleven Sports and most recently held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at DAZN Group.
Marini, who has spent more than 15 years with Deltatre, will transition to Deputy Chairman, where he will continue to support long-term strategy and client relationships.
The leadership changes come as Deltatre integrates Endeavor Streaming and positions itself as a full-service provider spanning OTT platforms, data, graphics, officiating and digital strategy.
Watson said the company is “strongly positioned” following the acquisition, adding that he is looking forward to leading the business through its next stage of expansion.
The appointments underline Deltatre’s ambitions to scale its offering across the global sports and media technology market.
