BetWright has signed a sponsorship deal with Sky Sports Racing, extending its presence in horse racing through the channel, available in the UK and Ireland.
Under the agreement, BetWright sponsor idents will appear during Sky Sports Racing’s live UK racing coverage, linking the bookmaker with the channel’s daily schedule of live action, analysis, previews and reviews.
The partnership is the latest in a series of sports media deals for BetWright as it looks to build awareness among racing audiences through premium broadcast coverage.
Sky Sports Racing carries live racing from courses across the UK, France, the US and other international territories, serving a dedicated audience of racing viewers and bettors.
Chris Dilley, Sales Director at Sky Sports Racing, said the broadcaster was pleased to add BetWright to its list of sponsors.
“It’s fantastic to welcome BetWright as a sponsor partner to Sky Sports Racing. We look forward to working with the team and growing the profile of the brand as we continue to deliver top class coverage and engagement with a loyal and passionate betting audience.”
David Matthews, CEO of BetWright, said the partnership reflected the bookmaker’s focus on the racing sector.
“Horse racing is at the heart of British sport, so partnering with Sky Sports Racing is a natural fit for BetWright. Their coverage brings the sport to life for fans every day, and we’re excited to align our brand with a broadcaster that shares our passion for racing. As we continue to grow, partnerships like this help us move in the Wright direction, connecting BetWright with racing audiences across the UK and Ireland.”
BetWright said the agreement further strengthens its profile in the UK sports market following a run of recent sponsorship deals. The UK-licensed online betting and gaming platform launched in December 2024 and says it has grown quickly since entering the market.
