DAZN has secured exclusive rights to show every match of the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Italy, making it the only platform in the country to carry the full tournament live.
The sports streaming service will broadcast all 104 matches from 11 June to 19 July 2026, expanding its long-term partnership with FIFA following the global deal for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and the planned relaunch of FIFA+ in the first half of 2026.
DAZN said the agreement strengthens its position in one of its core markets, with comprehensive coverage of the expanded 48-team tournament delivered via live streaming.
Stefano Azzi, CEO of DAZN Italy, described the acquisition as a milestone for the platform in the market, while DAZN Group CEO Shay Segev said the deal underlines DAZN’s growing role as a global partner for premium sports rights.
FIFA Secretary General Mattias Grafström said the partnership supports FIFA’s ambition to deliver an inclusive World Cup, with Italian viewers able to follow every moment on DAZN.
The tournament will be hosted across Canada, Mexico and the United States. Mexico vs South Africa will open the competition on 11 June. The knockout stage begins on 28 June, with the final scheduled for Sunday 19 July 2026 at New York New Jersey Stadium.
