Stingray launches FAST Channels on Whale TV+

February 24, 2026 17.28 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

Canadian media company Stingray has expanded its global presence with the launch of a suite of FAST Channels on Whale TV+, the free streaming service from independent TV operating system maker Whale TV.

The newly added channels span nature, wellness, art, ambience and music. They include Naturescape, ZenLIFE, Stargaze, Cityscapes, Cozy Café, Movie Music, Loupe Art and EarthDay 365, alongside audio channels such as The Spa, Smooth Jazz, Easy Listening and Remember the 80s. The line up is designed to offer viewers a mix of relaxation, inspiration and nostalgia.

The channels are now available to viewers across Western Europe and Latin America on Whale TV enabled smart TVs, as well as on the web, Android, Google TV and Fire TV devices.

“We are thrilled to partner with Whale TV to bring our diverse portfolio of FAST Channels to their millions of users,” said David Purdy, Stingray’s Chief Revenue Officer. “This collaboration allows us to expand our global footprint and deliver our expertly curated music and video content to a new and engaged audience.”

Teresa Lopez, Vice-President of Whale TV+, added: “Our monthly active users have grown sixfold over the last 12 months,” she said. “Partnering with Stingray allows us to bring even more high quality, diverse content to our expanding global audience.”

Stingray, headquartered in Montreal, delivers curated audio and video content across connected TVs, smart speakers, mobile devices and in car systems, reaching hundreds of millions of consumers each month.

Whale TV, based in Singapore, powers more than 46 million monthly active TVs worldwide through partnerships with brands including Aiwa, Blaupunkt, JVC, Philips and Sharp.
