German broadcaster RTL Deutschland and US media company Warner Bros. Discovery will combine their streaming services RTL+ and HBO Max under a single subscription in Austria.
The bundle gives Austrian subscribers access to RTL+ Premium alongside HBO Max content, including series such as House of the Dragon and The White Lotus, cult hits like Game of Thrones, the current must-watch Heated Rivalry, as well as reality shows, films and live sports on RTL+ such as Neue Geschichten vom Pumuckl, Are You the One? and Oktagon MMA.
Two subscription options are available, both cancellable monthly with no minimum term. RTL+ Premium combined with HBO Max Basic with advertising costs €11.99 per month, down from €15.98 if booked separately. The ad-free bundle with RTL+ Premium Werbefrei and HBO Max Standard is €17.99 per month, reduced from €24.98. An introductory offer until 23 March 2026 provides the bundles at €9.99 and €15.99 per month respectively for the first six months.
RTL+ and HBO Max have already collaborated in Germany since the HBO Max launch in January 2026, where the services are offered together under a bundle. This Austrian launch extends that partnership into the next market.
The Austrian bundle will be available from 23 February 2026 via both RTL+ and HBO Max platforms.
