
Teleste reported improving profitability through 2025, as the Finnish tech firm pointed to stronger momentum in broadband network upgrades – including accelerated DOCSIS 4.0 system deliveries – alongside steady performance in its public safety and mobility business.
For Q4 2025, net sales were broadly flat at €36.1 million (2024: €36.5 million). Adjusted EBITDA rose 12.9% to €2.5 million (€2.2 million), while adjusted operating profit increased 38.6% to €1.2 million (€0.9 million). Operating profit came in at €1.2 million, compared with a €5.6 million loss a year earlier.
For the full year, net sales increased 4.6% to €138.6 million (€132.5 million). Adjusted EBITDA rose 29.1% to €12.1 million (€9.3 million). Adjusted operating profit jumped 69.7% to €7.1 million (€4.2 million), while operating profit improved to €6.8 million from a €5.4 million loss in 2024. EPS was €0.15 compared with -€0.32, and operating cash flow rose to €12.9 million (€12.4 million). Orders received increased 10.7% to €138.2 million (€124.9 million), though Q4 orders fell 13.0% to €31.6 million (€36.3 million).
In Broadband Networks, Teleste said orders returned to growth in Q4 and it strengthened its position in Europe while accelerating deliveries of DOCSIS 4.0 network systems. The company also cited customer consolidation in the United States had temporarily put the brakes on ordering activity, while noting it had broadened its customer base and secured a new win with Canada’s largest operator for intelligent amplifiers, with initial orders received in December and deliveries expected to run over several years.
For 2026, Teleste guided net sales of €140 million to €160 million and adjusted operating profit of €7 million to €10 million, with profit weighted to the second half of the year
