All Media Group, the Baltic media business behind TV3 and Go3, is set to appoint Giedrius Skliutas as chief executive from 1 January 2026, as the company accelerates a wider transformation programme spanning content, advertising and distribution.
As part of the changes, Christian Anting will move into the role of Chief Content Officer from the same date, overseeing sports and international content acquisitions and strategic content management, while remaining on the board.
Within the group’s streaming arm, Tomas Burovas has been named CEO of Go3 Baltics from January, succeeding Jan Wykrytowicz after nearly 7 years in charge. Go3 says it has more than 600,000 customers across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and is targeting 1 million subscribers over the next few years, with an emphasis on platform development, sports and exclusive content, and more flexible pricing models.
All Media Group sits within Bite Group, which is majority owned by Providence Equity Partners.
