Quickline adds RiC.today and Fix&Foxi TV in HD

January 20, 2026 08.00 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

Swiss telecommunications provider Quickline has expanded its HD line-up, adding children’s channels RiC.today HD and Fix&Foxi TV HD to its TV offering on 1 January 2026.

Fix&Foxi TV features the adventures of the classic comic foxes alongside a mix of legacy titles and newer series, positioned as non-violent, educational entertainment for multiple generations. RiC.today is an English-learning channel for children, combining entertainment with language education under the tagline “Learning by Laughing”.

“The HD availability of our channels on Quickline is an important milestone in bringing our valuable content to families in a technically up-to-date format and in the best quality,” said Laurence Robinet, Chief Broadcast Officer at parent company Your Family Entertainment (YFE). “We are delighted to be expanding our collaboration with Quickline and offering viewers in Switzerland an even more immersive and high-quality TV experience.”

Roland Kopf, Product Manager TV at Quickline, added: “With RiC.today, we have found the ideal addition to our ‘Entertainment’ TV add-on package. The channel offers parents and grandparents an opportunity to learn English with their children in a playful way.”

According to YFE, the HD rollout forms part of its broader strategy to strengthen distribution in German-speaking markets while maintaining high editorial and technical standards for children’s and family programming.
