Music Box Group has expanded its Central European footprint after Deutsche Telekom subsidiaries T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom added its services to their TV platforms.
From 15 January 2026, subscribers to T-Mobile’s MAGENTA TV in the Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom’s MAGIO TV in Slovakia can access Music Box Hits, Music Box Dance and Music Box Classic.
The launches extend a run of recent distribution deals across the region and wider Europe, with the group citing partnerships including Orange Polska, Germany’s waipu.tv, Antik Telekom in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, Estonia’s STV, Slovakia’s Plustelka and Slovanet.
Music Box also pointed to an agreement signed at the end of 2025 between Music Box Television (part of Music Box Group) and the Slovak Cable Networks Association (SAKT), allowing SAKT member operators to distribute selected Music Box channels across the Slovak cable market.
Carriage of Music Box channels in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, as well as Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria, is handled by regional distributor AXOCOM.
Antoni Kudrewicz, Head of Marketing & Business Development at Music Box Group, said the additions were the “first steps” in a broader distribution strategy, with further launches in preparation and talks ongoing with new partners.
