Shahid to sell Disney+ and OSN+ in single GCC bundle

December 19, 2025 10.01 Europe/London By Julian Clover

Shahid has struck a three-way deal with Disney+ and OSN+ to launch what the partners describe as the GCC’s first “all-in-one” streaming bundle, bringing the 3 services together under a single subscription purchased through Shahid.

The package, available only in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) markets, gives subscribers access to Shahid, Disney+ and OSN+ via their respective apps, with unified billing handled by Shahid. The companies say the offer is priced at “the cost of 2” services, and is available from 18 December 2025.

Shahid said the proposition combines its Arabic originals with Disney+’s international catalogue and OSN+’s premium slate including HBO programming and other international titles.

Natasha Matos-Hemingway, Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at Shahid, said the bundle is designed to “simplify and elevate” streaming in the region with “one subscription, one payment” across the 3 platforms.

Karl Holmes, SVP and General Manager, Disney+ EMEA, said the agreement provides “a new and easy way” for consumers to access Disney+ content at “exceptional value”, alongside Shahid’s premium line-up.

Choucri Khairallah, Chief Business Officer at OSN+, said audiences want “seamless access, variety, and exceptional value”, adding the partnership creates “the region’s most powerful streaming offering” across Hollywood and Arabic libraries.
