Funke Digital brings 28 FAST Channels to Titan OS in major European rollout

December 10, 2025 00.07 Europe/London By Jörn Krieger

Titan OS has signed a new distribution partnership with Germany’s Funke Digital that will bring Funke’s curated FAST Channels to smart TVs across 17 European markets.

Under the agreement, Funke Digital will supply 28 channels from its Funke Channels portfolio to Titan OS, the Barcelona-based operating system used by Philips, AOC and JVC TVs in Europe and Latin America. Titan OS also integrates FAST Channels into Sony Android devices and offers a licensable platform for TV manufacturers seeking additional content and recurring revenue options.

For Funke Digital, a subsidiary of the Funke Media Group, the deal marks a significant expansion of its distribution footprint. The company already operates 50 FAST Channels in 17 countries on various streaming platforms.

“Integrating our Funke Channels portfolio into one of Europe’s most dynamic smart TV ecosystems represents a significant milestone in our growth strategy,” said Claudia Schroeder, Director VTV at Funke Digital. “Our partnership with Titan OS accelerates our expansion in the rapidly evolving FAST landscape. By combining our expertise in premium content curation with Titan OS’s innovative platform technology, we’re delivering an exceptional streaming experience to millions of viewers across Europe.”

Bogdan Logvinov, Business Development Lead, DACH at Titan OS, added: “Premium quality and localised content is essential in today’s highly fragmented television landscape. Thanks to our partnership with Funke Channels, we can offer our viewers a wide range of content tailored to the DACH region. In return, Titan OS provides Funke more opportunities to reach relevant audiences and boost monetisation strategies by making their channels more easily discoverable.”

The rollout spans major European territories including the DACH region, the UK, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the Nordics, Belgium, Luxembourg and Ireland.
