Calculus has signed a strategic partnership with Aprecomm to bring the Indian company’s AI-based network intelligence and Wi-Fi optimisation tools to ISPs across the Middle East and Africa, India and Mexico.
Under the deal, Dubai-based Calculus will add Aprecomm’s software portfolio – including Wi-Fi optimisation, support automation and real-time analytics – to its managed and professional services offering for operators in developing markets.
Aprecomm’s platform uses a self-healing and self-optimising approach to improve network performance and customer experience, giving ISPs greater visibility into subscriber behaviour and network health while reducing support tickets and operational costs. Its most recent “agentic AI” product, AIVRA, is designed to deliver simplified, actionable insights for different teams across an ISP, from executives to network engineers and marketing.
“ISPs and telcos today need more than visibility – they need intelligence,” said Sooraj Vasudevan, founder and CEO of Calculus. “Our partnership with Aprecomm enables operators in MEA, India and Mexico to transform their Wi-Fi ecosystems with AI-powered self-healing capabilities.”
Pramod Gummaraj, founder and CEO of Aprecomm, said the agreement would help the company expand its global footprint by combining its AI-driven Wi-Fi intelligence with Calculus’ regional reach and services capability in high-growth ISP markets.
Aprecomm’s customer experience suite recently received a Frost & Sullivan Best Practices Award for Innovation for its contribution to the telecoms sector.
