
Tele2 has appointed Nicholas Högberg as executive vice president, chief commercial officer B2C and deputy CEO Sweden, effective 1 December 2025.
He replaces Petr Cermak will leave Tele2, who only joined from Telia in February this year.
Högberg, who has served on Tele2’s board for the past 18 months, brings more than 25 years’ experience across telecoms, media and tech, including 9 years of market share growth as CEO of 3 (Hi3G Access), leadership of adtech scale-up Bannerflow, and his current role as group CEO of Satellite Group alongside board duties at AI firm Canucci.
He will step down from Tele2’s board on taking up the post and report directly to CEO and president Jean Marc Harion, who said Högberg’s challenger mindset and familiarity with the company will support Tele2’s Swedish growth plan.
