Canal+ has introduced a new Internet TV offer on its Polish streaming service, targeting viewers who still want linear channels but expect app-based access, no set-top box and flexible monthly billing.
The Internet TV packages, available via the Canal+ online store, deliver live channels over IP on multiple devices with pause, start-over, replay and multi-screen continuity features. On most channels, viewers can rewind several hours or restart live programmes, while a multi-view option allows simultaneous viewing of news or sports feeds.
Three packages are offered on a rolling subscription: Entry+ at PLN 19 (€4.37) per month for 49 channels; Relax+ at PLN 29 (€6.67) per month for 68 channels and Extra+ at PLN 59 (€13.57) per month for 126 channels.
Existing Canal+ Series & Films and Canal + Super Sport subscribers receive Entry+ channels within their current plans and can bolt on Relax+ or Extra+ for more linear content.
The line-up spans entertainment, movies, series, documentaries and thematic channels, with further additions planned. Prices include a PLN 5 marketing-consent discount.
The Extra+ tier replaces the previous Fun&News package; legacy subscribers can keep their existing bundle until they cancel. Canal+ Poland is positioning the offer as a hybrid between classic pay TV and pure streaming, reinforcing its direct-to-consumer TV proposition without additional hardware as competition from virtual cable-style services and aggregators intensifies.
