DAZN has reached an agreement with TikTok to stream National League matches live and free via TikTok LIVE, starting with Southend United v Carlisle United on 8 November at 17.30 on the DAZN National League Channel.
The initiative extends DAZN’s partnership with the National League and is positioned as a testbed for making lower-league football more accessible and social, with no subscription required and additional behind-the-scenes content planned. DAZN and TikTok will also run a workshop for all 72 National League clubs on storytelling, live content and fan engagement.
Pete Oliver, CEO of Growth Markets at DAZN, said the move would help clubs “grow their engagement, tell their stories and reach wider audiences”. National League CEO Phil Alexander said the tie-up would “shine a spotlight on the National League” and support the 3UP campaign for three promotion places to the EFL. TikTok UK sports lead Abbie Raybould said the platform would bring fans “closer to their favourite clubs” through live, interactive coverage.
The National League sits on the 5th tier of the English football pyramid.
