Sébastien Rouge (Eutelsat)
Eutelsat has appointed Sébastien Rouge as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Group Executive Committee, reporting to CEO Jean-François Fallacher.
He succeeds Christophe Caudrelier, who will step down after 3 years and support a transition.
Rouge joins from Imerys, where he is currently CFO. His prior roles include CFO of Soitec and senior finance posts at Alstom before moving to GE, serving as CEO of the GE–Alstom Nuclear Systems joint venture and CFO of Steam Power Systems within GE Power. He is a graduate of EDHEC Business School.

Rouge will join on 1 February 2026.
