German media company Mainstream Media is expanding its footprint in the FAST market with the launch of two further channels on Amazon Prime Video.
From 4 November 2025, viewers in the DACH region will be able to stream KultKrimi and Telenovela ZDF free of charge via Amazon’s platform.
“We’re very pleased that our two FAST Channels are now available on Prime Video. This gives our brands another important distribution route in the DACH region,” said Tim Werner, CEO of Mainstream Media.
KultKrimi brings back some of the most iconic crime series in German TV history, including Derrick, Der Alte, Ein Fall für zwei and Percy Stuart. With around 1,500 episodes available, the channel promises a continuous mix of suspense, nostalgia and retro charm for fans of classic detective stories.
Telenovela ZDF caters to lovers of romance and melodrama, featuring popular ZDF series such as Bianca – Wege zum Glück, Julia – Wege zum Glück, Hanna – Folge deinem Herzen and Alisa – Folge deinem Herzen. The channel offers emotional storytelling and beloved characters in a format that can be streamed anytime, free of charge.
By joining Prime Video’s FAST line-up, Mainstream Media continues to expand its ad-supported streaming network. The company’s channels are already available on platforms including Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels, Titan OS, VIDAA, waipu.tv, Pluto TV, Zattoo and YouTube.
