Fubo reported Q3 2025 North America revenue of $368.6 million (€343m), down 2.3% year on year, with paid subscribers up 1.1% to 1.631 million – its highest third-quarter sub count.
The results for Fubo’s standalone business and relate to the period ahead of last week’s combination with Disney’s Hulu + Live TV, which the company says creates the sixth-largest pay-TV service in North America with nearly 6 million subscribers.
Rest of World revenue – including its French subsidiary Molotov – was $8.6 million, down 3.2%, with 342,000 paid subscribers, down 9.5%.
Management highlighted new offerings including the Fubo Sports skinny bundle and a PPV platform, and said the combined business aims for “profitable scale” with greater personalisation and monetisation opportunities.
